Client Rights
The Mental Health & Recovery Board of Clark, Greene & Madison Counties (MHRB) provides a variety of advocacy services for consumers and families, including but not limited to mental health resources, technical assistance and help with resolving complaints and grievances. MHRB collaborates with partner agencies, community boards and providers, and stakeholders to address advocacy issues, client rights, allegations of abuse or neglect, and respond to larger systems issues.

According to the National Institute of Mental Health and estimated 26.2 percent of Americans ages 18 and older - about one in four adults - suffer from a diagnosable mental disorder in a given year while about 6 percent suffer from a serious mental illness.
