Clark County Commissioners
The three-member Board of County Commissioners (the Board), elected at large in even-numbered years for the four-year overlapping terms, is the legislative and executive body of the County.

Greene County Commissioners
The Board of Greene County Commissioners are the general administrative body for county government. Their duties and authority are specifically outlined in the Ohio Revised code.

Madison County Commissioners
The Madison County Commission consists of a three-member board elected to represent the citizens of Madison County Ohio.

Elected Officials |
Jarrod B. Martin
State Representative Jarrod Martin is currently serving his second term in the Ohio House of Representatives. He represents the 70th House District, which includes the northwestern portion of Greene County.

Bob D. Hackett
State Representative Bob Hackett is serving his second term in the Ohio House of Representatives. He represents the 84th House District, which includes Madison County and portions of Clark and Greene Counties.

Ross W. McGregor
State Representative Ross McGregor was first appointed to the Ohio General Assembly in 2005 and continues to serve the Ohio Legislature now in his fourth term. He represents the constituents of the 72nd House District, which encompasses portions of Clark County including Springfield, New Carlisle, Enon, Donnelsville, Medway, Mad River Township, Bethel Township and Springfield Township.

Chris Widener
State Senator Chris Widener represents the 10th Senate District, which includes Madison, Clark and Greene Counties. Before coming to the Senate, he served three terms as the State Representative for the 84th House District. An architect by trade, Chris brings strong interpersonal skills, a dedicated work ethic and a keen attention to detail to his job as a legislator. He engages with witnesses in committee and his fellow senators about key issues. He spends hours researching important bills. And, he has a genuine passion for public service and a dedication to doing what is best for the people of the 10th District and the future success of the region.

Steve Stivers - US Representative
Steve Stivers is currently serving his first term as a Member of Congress and represents Ohio’s 15th Congressional District which is made up of Madison and Union Counties and parts of Franklin County.

Steve Austria - US Representative - 7th District
Congressman Steve Austria is currently serving his second term in the United States House of Representatives and represents the 7th Congressional District of Ohio. The district is comprised of Clark, Fairfield, Greene, Fayette, Pickaway and Perry Counties, as well as parts of Ross and Franklin counties. Austria is only the 35th person to represent this portion of Ohio.

Rob Portman - United States Senator
Rob Portman is a United States Senator from the state of Ohio. He was elected in 2010, running a campaign that focused on common-sense conservative ideas to help create jobs and get the deficit under control. Rob won with a margin of 57 to 39 percent, winning 82 of Ohio's 88 counties.

Sherrod Brown - United States Senator
Since January of 2007, U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown – a champion of middle class families in the Senate – has held more than 170 community roundtables across Ohio’s 88 counties with local leaders and business owners, entrepreneurs and educators, and workers and families to find ways to rebuild our economy.

State of Ohio
The government of Ohio is composed of the executive branch, led by the Governor; the legislative branch, which comprises the Ohio General Assembly; and the judicial branch, which is led by the Supreme Court. Currently, Ohio occupies 18 seats in the United States House of Representatives. Ohio is known for its status as both a swing state and a bellwether in national elections.
