Clark County Mobile Crisis Responder

  • Release of RFP: Monday, April 21, 2025
  • Deadline for submission of RFP: Monday, May 26, 2025
  • All applicants will be notified of status of application on Monday, June 30, 2025
  • Implementation: $222,073.78 is available until 9/30/2026 and is tied to the Byrne Federal Grant. Additional funding to sustain successful implementation may be provided.  Law enforcement partners hope this model will provide one crisis responder assigned to the Springfield Police Division and one crisis responder assigned to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
  • All proposals will be reviewed and scored by a team representing the project stakeholders. A scoring rubric will be used, with a maximum score of 100 points.

Madison County Mobile Crisis Responder

  • Release of RFP:   Friday May 2, 2025
  • Deadline for submission of RFP: Friday, May 30, 2025
  • All applicants will be notified of status of application by Thursday, June 26, 2025
  • Implementation: The grant provides approximately $668,000.00 spread over two years for personnel, fringe, travel, and other required expenses. The project should provide behavioral health services 7-days a week with approximately 2.5 FTEs.  The approved BJA grant budget will be reviewed with applicants during the selection process.
  • All proposals will be reviewed and scored by a team representing the project stakeholders.  A scoring rubric will be used, with a maximum score of 100 points.
