This year’s Mental Health Recovery Board of Clark, Greene, & Madison Counties State Fiscal Year 2027 Annual Funding Application (AFA) submission will consist of two documents, a PDF application and an excel budget template completed. This is in response to feedback we received to make this process easier (i.e. allow for multiple individuals to contribute to the same document, etc).
Submissions are due Friday, March 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM. A submission includes the PDF, which will prompt you to send the final copy to Andrew@mhrb.org as well as the excel budget document which will need to be sent to Emily@mhrb.org.
As we have done in the past, a video will need to be completed with your application by the same due date for our Board to review. This has proven to be very helpful for Board members to review the videos, ask questions of the providers, and get answers to those questions prior to the Board meeting. Please make sure to review the first three pages of the PDF AFA document for more details about the videos. A link to upload your video is in the PDF at the end of the document.
A representative from your agency must attend the Tuesday, April 21, 2026, MHRB meeting at 6:00 PM at Clark ESC, 4170 Allium Court, Springfield, Ohio. This will be for you to be present in the case the Board has any additional questions, but you will not be presenting anything additional during the meeting.
This year, final decisions will be made by the Board on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Clark ESC, 4170 Allium Court, Springfield, Ohio, unless otherwise notified of a different date.
